Responsibilities
Design and develop database solutions that power business-critical analytics and operational workflows
Build high-quality solutions aligned to a defined technology blueprint and best practices, from design to development to support
Partner closely with stakeholders to iterate on requirements, manage expectations, and communicate trade-offs clearly
Provide technical direction within a global team (US and India collaboration)
Participate in code/design reviews and knowledge sharing, and help drive improvements in engineering quality
Qualification
Required
6+ years building with Oracle SQL + PL/SQL (Oracle 12c strongly preferred)
Informatica development experience
Snowflake experience and Python for data-focused development
Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, EMR, S3)
Strong quality mindset: QA skills and acceptance test-driven development
Preferred
Unix / shell scripting basics
Agile/iterative delivery experience
Someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving messy problems, and can independently drive to resolution
