Responsibilities

Observe, learn, and understand a wide range of skills and processes under the instruction of a skilled electrician
Demonstrate these skills and processes as on-the-job training progresses by working independently or with others to complete assigned tasks
Learn and understand the importance of safety within the workspace and across projects
Learn about the various tools and materials required for electricians to complete tasks and projects
Maintain good housekeeping and organization in the work area
Properly utilize the required tools and equipment for each specific task
