Responsibilities
Lead the AI Strategy: Execute our roadmap to integrate AI into our existing tools and client solutions
Drive continuous improvement for our proprietary tools (e.g., data management and migration accelerators)
Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows to automate processes and enhance value for SAP SuccessFactors clients
Oversee the architecture for complex data migration and data management projects
Keep track of integrations and migration architecture across projects, ensuring scalability and reliability
Serve as a hands-on technical resource ("doer") for high-level data challenges while also leading the broader architectural strategy
Translate complex technical concepts (AI, data migration, architecture) into clear business value for clients
Work with clients to scope "what is possible" regarding data strategy and tool utilization during the sales and implementation cycles
Qualification
Required
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen (Required for background checks spanning 10 years)
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors architecture and data structures
AI/ML Experience: Demonstrated practical experience implementing or working with Artificial Intelligence in a business context. Experience trumps certification —we need someone who has actually built or deployed AI solutions
Data Migration Mastery: Deep understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and data management architecture
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and clients
Preferred
AI Certifications: While practical experience is primary, certifications in AI/ML are a strong plus
Product Development: Experience developing or managing proprietary software tools/IP is highly desirable
