Account Manager

Sage is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to manage and grow existing client relationships for their Sage HRMS product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by driving renewals and supporting customer transitions to Sage cloud solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Revenue Generation - Meet or exceed 100% of the assigned individual revenue targets
Pipeline Management - Utilize customer relationship management tools to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, target close dates, sales potential, and close probabilities
Professional Selling Environment - Achieve established revenue, productivity goals, training, and performance objectives in a professional inside sales environment
Relationship Building – Build and cultivate relationships with channel partners and customers to increase renewal rates and customer satisfaction
