National Accounts Project Manager

The National Accounts Project Manager plays a key role in supporting business development initiatives and managing execution for strategic and national customer accounts, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure pricing integrity and product readiness.

Responsibilities
Support new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts by coordinating internal resources and information
Prepare and analyze pricing, margin, and sales performance reports to support account strategy
Provide product specifications, configuration options, and pricing details for customer proposals and presentations
Serve as a key communication link between Sales and Marketing for samples, product customization, and customer-facing materials
Support assigned strategic and national accounts by coordinating sales programs, product data, and marketing assets
Build strong working relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders
Assist with annual account planning, pricing discussions, and program reviews
Develop insights and reporting to track account performance and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, and campaign execution with Marketing, and Operations
Ensure accuracy of product data across customer portals and digital platforms
Track initiative progress to ensure alignment with overall sales strategy
Support regional sales teams with execution of national account programs
Assist with preparation and participation in industry trade shows, customer meetings, and events
Coordinate materials, samples, and messaging in partnership with Marketing
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, business development support, or project coordination
Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution
Ability to travel up to 10% as required by business needs
Strong Excel and CRM reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects
Strong communication and organizational skills
