Responsibilities
Review and analyze delivery health metrics across the Americas region and prepare comprehensive updates for leadership forums
Orchestrate business rhythms including Weekly Delivery Health Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews, coordinating stakeholders across multiple regions
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare content and presentation decks for stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of all materials
Meet with content holders prior to presentations to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables
Manage data review processes by confirming accuracy, identifying gaps, and investigating discrepancies with content owners
Lead reporting enhancements such as the Americas Leakage Report and drive optimization of cross-functional workflows
Handle escalations and enable strategic initiatives as they arise
Present in leadership forums when required and support decision-making processes
Drive accountability for processes, support communications, and ensure alignment across groups
Contribute to the annual budget process and execution of business plans during periods of change
Monitor organizational health and lead culture initiatives in partnership with Human Resources
Execute internal communications strategy and programs
Qualification
Required
8 to 15 years of overall professional experience required
Minimum 8 years of experience providing Rhythm of Business support
Minimum 8 years of experience in business management working directly with stakeholders
Previous experience in consulting business or professional services organizations
Background supporting IT companies and IT functions
Experience as a vendor or contractor is highly valued
Demonstrated experience with financial analysis and budget processes
Track record of managing regional or global operations and program coordination
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting, particularly with financial data
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage senior leadership
Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
Expert-level organizational and project coordination capabilities
Ability to manage multiple business rhythms simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Process improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to enhance workflows and reporting
Consultative approach to problem-solving and strategic enablement
Adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Strong collaboration skills with ability to follow through and drive accountability across teams
Presentation development and delivery skills for executive audiences
