Responsibilities

Own project scope, planning, execution, and delivery for complex Product Ops initiatives
Drive clear, concise executive communications, including escalations, RCA, and business recommendations
Identify and close gaps across strategy, systems, and operational processes
Manage risk, compliance, and prioritization across competing demands
Leverage data, analytics, and tooling to investigate issues and inform decisions
Enable effective collaboration across global, cross-functional stakeholders
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining delivery quality

Required

10+ years Product Operations experience
7+ years project/program management in a corporate or tech environment
Proven experience leading projects end-to-end (blocker removal, efficiency gains, growth support)
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Eng, Legal, Ops
Strong analytical mindset; Excel + basic SQL or similar tools
Comfortable making decisions under tight timelines and ambiguity
