Director Marketing Program
The Cake is a leading B2B cybersecurity company seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Integrated Campaigns to drive multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns in the cybersecurity and bot management space.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns (demand generation, ABM, thought leadership, product launches, events, etc.)
Own campaign strategy, messaging, creative direction, and performance measurement to drive qualified pipeline and revenue impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Demand teams to align on goals, ICP targeting, and execution
Analyze campaign performance (attribution, ROI, conversion rates) and optimize in real time using data-driven insights
Manage agency/vendor relationships, creative production, media buying, and budget allocation
Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels and touchpoints
Report on campaign results and provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline contribution and optimization opportunities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles — ideally in B2B cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech
Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns (ABM, paid media, content, events, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance measurement tools
Excellent communication and writing skills for strategy, messaging, and stakeholder alignment
Experience managing agencies/vendors, creative production, and campaign budgets
Ability to work East Coast hours with flexibility across time zones
Legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
Preferred
Have B2B cybersecurity or bot management experience
Excel at ICP-focused, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
Bring experience with complex attribution and ROI measurement in enterprise environments
Have worked in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS/tech companies with cross-functional collaboration
Are passionate about protecting the digital world from bots, fraud, and abuse
