Responsibilities
Owner of all customer facing communication including the ability to find most efficient mode of delivery customers needs including developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts
Assist the Sales Leader by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
Ensure documentation is complete from carrier and customer to ensure efficient billing and customer collection
Upholding professional customer service with existing and new accounts
Maintaining an established process for future process improvements and technical efficiencies and continuing to engage with leadership on those findings. Meets monthly gross margin target for assigned accounts
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Building and maintaining an efficient, dependable, and profitable truckload brokerage operation
Maintaining a knowledge base on customers, carrier requirements, and operating best practices
Owner of all customer facing communication
Ability to find most efficient mode of delivery customers needs
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts
Assisting the Sales Leader by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
Ensuring documentation is complete from carrier and customer to ensure efficient billing and customer collection

Maintaining an established process for future process improvements and technical efficiencies
Engaging with leadership on findings related to process improvements
