Responsibilities
Leading a large-scale enterprise software implementation for a multi-site hospital network
Acting as the “point person” for internal team members and the customer
Project includes hardware installation – including surgical screens, laptops, desktop computers
Overseeing installation and end user training with the support of a large team of SMEs
Managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the project duration
Traveling as needed (domestically) for training, team building, and onboarding for the project
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on implementations
Strong background managing software/SaaS projects with hardware components
Strong organizational, leadership, customer-facing, and people management skills
Experience with healthcare (hospital) software projects and/or government (VA) projects
PMP Certification
