Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers in retail and event settings to present products and services
Work alongside senior team members to learn sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship building
Execute promotional marketing and sales campaigns through face-to-face interactions
Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and communication skills
Assist in delivering effective sales presentations and customer solutions
Support the onboarding and training of new team members as you advance
Take on leadership responsibilities in small projects to develop management skills
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates with strong communication and people skills
Interest in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or management
Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow
Strong problem-solving abilities and team mindset
Comfortable working onsite daily in the Pittsburgh, PA area
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
