Responsibilities
Manage P&L, drive strategic objectives, ensure optimal resource utilization, and deliver business value
Ensure compliance with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Ensure adherence to BFS-specific regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR
Lead audits and Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities
Ensure strong process discipline across programs
Own technical solutioning and estimation during proposal and bid stages
Collaborate with pre-sales, architecture, and finance teams for accurate scoping and profitable deals
Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations
Manage internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors
Facilitate coordination across engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and vendor teams
Qualification
Required
15–20+ years of IT delivery experience within the BFS domain
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale software programs
Experience with systems integration services and multiple contractual models
Deep knowledge of BFS systems, including payments, core banking, and trading platforms
Strong understanding of BFS regulatory landscapes and software lifecycle
Proven track record in CMMI Level 5 environments
