Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings to keep teams on track
Identify next steps and potential roadblocks as projects move forward
Research best practices and help to implement recommendations from vendor partners
Assist with preparing documentation
Hands-on configuration of information systems
Leverage end-user and team feedback to recommend process improvements
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current student attending Tri-C with an interest in information technology
Ability and willingness to communicate and interact with others
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Creativity from a problem-solving perspective
Self-starter who is interested in growing professionally
Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
