Responsibilities

Report to the Managing Attorney
Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team
Oversee attorney performance and KPIs. Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values
Develop and enforce accountability measures
Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity
Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product
Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff

Qualification

Licensed attorney10 years legal experienceLeadership skillsClient communicationTeam engagementProblem solvingClear communication

Required

A licensed attorney with at least 10 years' experience in law and in managing people
A natural leader. You take initiative and are not afraid of difficult conversations

A problem solver. You find solutions and improve efficiency
