Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and assist with appointing new Independent Agencies throughout the Las Vegas metro area and greater Nevada
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets by motivating agency producers to quote and bind Just Insure policies
Develop territory business plans to maximize penetration in the Non-Standard Auto market
Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships with agency owners and CSRs (Customer Service Representatives)
Facilitate hands-on training sessions regarding our underwriting guidelines, tech platform/portal, and value proposition
Act as a consultative partner, helping agencies troubleshoot issues and optimize their workflow with our tools
Serve as the 'eyes and ears' on the ground: Gather detailed intel on competitor rates, commission structures, and product changes
Analyze why agencies are buying—or not buying. Collect data on their tools, processes, and pain points, and report this back to our Product and Engineering teams to help refine our offering
Represent Just Insure at local industry events, trade shows, and agency appreciation days
Build brand awareness within the Nevada insurance community, positioning Just Insure as a tech-forward leader in fair auto insurance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in P&C insurance sales, specifically in a territory management or agency marketing capacity
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to influence while creating goodwill and nurture agencies that need help understanding the nuances of our product and how to assess the 'right' customer fit
Preferred
Deep understanding of the Non-Standard Auto market in Nevada is highly preferred
Existing relationships with Independent Agents in the Las Vegas area is a significant plus
Active NV P&C Producer License is preferred
Tech-Savvy but Scrappy: Self starter with little ego and a solid understanding of our needs. Comfortable working with limited resources on the CRM side, able to create solutions on the fly. Process oriented, very organized
