Sales Operations Director

Atlas Health is bending the curve on healthcare affordability with its innovative platform. As the Sales Operations Director, you will be a strategic partner to sales leadership, responsible for optimizing the sales operating model and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the end-to-end sales operating model, ensuring scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes
Partner with Sales Leadership to translate revenue strategy into operational execution
Design, manage, and continuously improve sales processes (lead flow, pipeline management, forecasting, deal execution)
Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
Ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM systems, dashboards, and sales data
Lead sales planning activities, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting
Manage and optimize sales tools and technology stack (CRM, enablement, sequencing, analytics tools)
Develop and maintain sales compensation plans, working closely with Finance and HR
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity and win rates
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics across SDR, AE, and leadership teams
Drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing training from an operational perspective
Lead and mentor Sales Operations team members (SDR)
Own operational readiness for new launches, pricing changes, or go-to-market initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations impacting sales operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field from an accredited college or university
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
5+ years of experience in sales operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth environment
Proven record of accomplishment partnering with sales leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve forecasting accuracy
Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and funnel metrics
Proficiency in HubSpot with 2+ years of hands-on reporting/dashboard experience; CRM Analytics a plus
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Data connections)
