They are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Services Intern for a 9-week paid internship program, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in capital markets, corporate governance, and client engagement by working closely with the global Corporate Services team.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on market trends, company performance, and investor relations best practices to support decision-making
Engage with current and prospective issuers via email, calls, or in-person, to enhance the client experience and identify growth opportunities
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to support internal and external communications
Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and organized records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to corporate governance, market compliance, and regulatory initiatives

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
A proactive and energetic attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and research abilities, with excellent attention to detail and time management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you thrive in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting
