Field Service Manager
RemX | The Workforce Experts is a rapidly growing company looking for a Field Service Manager to build and grow a service team. The role involves managing the service team, developing policies and procedures, and performing hands-on work with manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
Manage a small field service team that is growing rapidly, setting policies, procedures, and day-to-day work
Build out the service team as the company continues expansion
Act as the main point of contact with customers for technical issues
Hands-on position, work in the field 30% and in the shop 70%; travel both regionally and out of the area
Be able to perform, pm, installation and repair to manufacturing equipment
Qualification
Required
Manage the expansion of the service team
Develop policies and procedures
Act as main point of contact for technical issues
Train and mentor team members
Build the service team into a strong revenue generator
Hands-on role working in the field 30% and in the shop 70%
Background with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics
PLC troubleshooting knowledge
Manage a small field service team
Set policies, procedures, and day-to-day work
Act as the main point of contact with customers for technical issues
Perform pm, installation, and repair to manufacturing equipment
Travel regionally and out of the area
