Responsibilities
Own key aspects of the monthly close and consolidation process as a Senior Accountant, including journal entries, account reconciliations, eliminations, and financial analytics
Support treasury, intercompany, holding company, and corporate accounting activities while serving as a go-to Senior Accountant for complex accounting areas
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing close processes, standard operating procedures, and leveraging accounting systems and tools
Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors as a Senior Accountant, supporting internal controls, SEC reporting schedules, and quarterly and annual audit requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a large, complex organization
Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Effective communicator with the ability to build credibility as a Senior Accountant across cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA preferred
CPA preferred
Prior experience as a Senior Accountant in a public company or Big 4 environment strongly preferred
Experience with consolidations and multi-entity accounting a plus
Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar ERP/consolidation tools preferred
