Fourth Floor is representing a globally recognized heritage brand seeking a dynamic Inventory & Imports Planning Manager to join their high performing team. The role involves managing wholesale demand, collaborating with various teams for order fulfillment, and optimizing inventory and imports processes.

Responsibilities

Manager accurate ATS for in-season wholesale demand
Collaborate with sales and sales planning on wholesale customer orders
Work closely with customer service to aid in wholesale customer order fulfillment
Partner with logistics to help end-to-end import process
Create and optimize import containers
Monitor inbound performance and adjust customer order fulfillment/allocations
Maintain and analyze inventory
Partner with demand planners
Support strategic analysis and inventory movement between channels
Partner on inventory liquidation strategies to align with business objectives
Collaborate closely with both US and international teams
Communicate inventory status, inbound risks, and fulfillment plans
Support system enhancements and data integrity initiatives related to inventory

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field
5+ years of experience in inventory, imports, logistics, or wholesale
Experience in consumer goods space
Proven experience managing wholesale inventory and order fulfillment
Proficiency in Microsoft-Excel required
Expert analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
Proficiency in ERP (SAP is preferred), WMS, and planning systems
Independent and a strong team player to collaborate work with remote partners
Ability to travel as required as needed
Flexible to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record
Able to lift and carry sample bags weighing up to 25 pounds
