Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and respectfully, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Escort customers between the lobby and aircraft during arrival and departures
Serve as a liaison for service requests, coordinating with internal departments and staff to meet customer needs related to aircraft cleaning, scheduling, fueling, maintenance, avionics, hangar services, and other requirements
Transfer packages and baggage between aircraft and ground transportation, ensuring all items are properly identified, remain with the passenger, and are securely loaded or delivered
Operate courtesy vans or buses to transport passengers, crew, baggage, and cargo safely. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure detailing is performed as scheduled
Respond promptly to requests for amenities such as coffee, ice, newspapers, and catering. Provide backup support for deliveries and catering check-in when needed
Assist with cleaning aircraft and hangar areas, including vacuuming, dishwashing, and coordinating linen cleaning services
Maintain cleanliness and order in the flight kitchen, keeping accurate records for freezers, ice machines, and other equipment
Manage inventory in kitchen and bistro areas, tracking supplies such as coffee, creamers, and ice to ensure availability
Support hangar stacking and aircraft ramp parking operations. Guide aircraft safely during arrivals and departures and provide ground support using appropriate equipment
Stay current with all applicable procedures and safety protocols
Adhere to departmental standards for customer service, grooming, and dress code
Represent Jet Aviation professionally and cohesively internally and externally, including with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network

Required

High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid state driver license and a clean driving record
Basic English language skills (e.g. B1 proficiency level or equivalent)
Ability to obtain an airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holiday

Preferred

Basic computer knowledge, including but not limited to, word, powerpoint, outlook etc
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, visitors and business acquaintances
Works well with others at all levels of the organization and must be a team player
Communicates well both orally and in written form
