Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences
Support end-to-end content strategy for customer journeys across web, mobile, and omni-channel platforms
Leverage user research insights, usability findings, and data to inform content decisions
Partner with designers to contribute to UX artifacts such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Plan, write, and optimize digital content including:
UX/UI copy
Product education content
Navigation labels and naming conventions
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and accessibility standards
Participate in design reviews and product reviews, clearly articulating content rationale
Manage multiple deliverables while meeting timelines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
5–9 years of experience writing content across digital channels (web, mobile, email, etc.)
Hands-on experience with UX writing and content strategy for digital products
Strong command of English language, grammar, spelling, and tone
Experience working within established brand guidelines
Ability to create content for complex, end-to-end digital experiences
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and usability testing
Experience working on large-scale, enterprise digital platforms
