Assist Credit Union staff with various technical issues relayed through the IT Help Desk
Provide basic IT assistance and troubleshooting and escalate issues to Tier 2 or higher based on issue severity
Backup IT personnel
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One to twelve months of similar or related experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program
Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job
Ability to solve difficult and complex problems
Troubleshooting skills
Detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Proficient in use of Windows based computer software
