The ISSO will provide expert technical assistance for the Information Assurance (IA) program, implement security policies, and coordinate IT security programs while interacting with government customers and corporate officers.

Responsibilities
Provide the government customer expert technical assistance to enable the Information Assurance (IA) program of an organization, system, or enclave
Implement and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
Prepare and maintain security documentation and records
Evaluate security solutions for processing classified information
Advise configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware
Serve as the approval authority for assigned systems
Obtain Certification & Accreditation (C&A) for assigned systems
Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms
Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies
Interact with Government customers, IT staff, and high-level corporate officers to define and achieve IA objectives
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Exceptional integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to abide by MTSI's core values
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience as an ISSO
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
Compliance with DoDD 8140 IAM Level I requirements
