Responsibilities
Validate trustee and valuation outputs by comparing third-party reports to internal records, identifying and resolving variances related to collateral activity, compliance metrics, and cash flows
Actively monitor CLO portfolios, including asset composition, scenario modeling, structural assumptions, equity performance sensitivity, and liquidity tracking
Prepare forward projections of fund-level income, expenses, accruals, and investor distributions ahead of payment cycles
Review portfolio activity and restructuring events to confirm alignment with governing legal and structural constraints
Deliver recurring portfolio-level summaries and ad hoc analysis to portfolio management
Contribute to periodic reporting tied to ratings, net asset value, and transaction performance
Support analysis related to warehouse facilities, deal closings, and effective date calculations
Respond to internal and external data requests related to CLO portfolios and associated financings
Maintain and update portfolio data across internal and third-party analytical platforms
Qualification
Required
Working understanding of CLO mechanics, documentation, and reporting frameworks
Early-career experience (approximately 1–3 years) in investment operations, structured products, or related functions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
Demonstrated interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment
Advanced Excel capabilities
Familiarity with CLO legal documentation, tranche structures, and cash flow waterfalls
Preferred
Prior exposure to structured credit analytics and reporting systems
