Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and approaches to overcoming obstacles
Offering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and success
Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable area
Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training strategies
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth populations (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
Available to work on-site in Spotswood, NJ or Atlanta, GA
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
