Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the EUCS engineering squad, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence
Own the development and maintenance of cloud-based tooling and services using .NET /.NET Core, or Python
Provide technical leadership for SaaS integrations, onboarding, and secure access solutions
Act as primary escalation point for complex production issues and vendor engagements
Ensure compliance with change management, security, and operational standards
Collaborate closely with security, LDAP, web proxy, networking, authentication & authorization, and engineering teams
Lead the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation
Participate on-call and escalated support to maintain service quality
Maintain accurate production, implementation, and operational documentation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of application development experience using .NET, C#, and/or Python
Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions
Deep knowledge of SaaS and cloud platforms such as Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Office 365
Strong experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise identity integrations
Expertise in building SaaS onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation tooling
Proficiency with Git-based version control and DevOps best practices
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership within Agile delivery frameworks
Familiar with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP
Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Podman, Kubernetes)
Familiar with Treadmill infrastructure and configuration
