They are seeking a Regional 3PL Operations Coordinator to oversee the operations of the Royal Canin Regional Distribution Center and coordinate activities with the 3PL operator, ensuring compliance with operational standards and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
Monitor 3PL FTL, and parcel picking and shipping operations on behalf of Royal Canin at the selected site
Report any issues with 3PL or site performance to Royal Canin
Work with the Royal Canin 3PL to identify issues within the operation and devise strategies to overcome the issues
In conjunction with Royal Canin management – develop reporting tools and metrics that provide a clear picture of operational execution of the distribution center activities
Support training of Royal Canin procedures with 3PL associate
Working with the Royal Canin 3PL – implement business procedures, best practices and internal controls necessary to ensure 3PL compliance and minimize business and legal risk, including the creation of SOP’s and documented procedures
Coordinate transportation supporting the inbound and outbound shipments with the distribution center
Provide oversight and adherence to Mars Governance Controls to inventory management processes within the distribution center operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND/OR
4-5+ Years experiences in Warehouse operations and Inventory Management
Broad knowledge of Logistics, Distribution, and Transportation processes
4-5+ Years experiences in Warehouse operations and Inventory Management
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain related fields
