Materials Expeditor Supervisor

Responsibilities
Supervise a group of wage grade employees performing delivery, receipt, storage, and distribution of material including non-standard specialized material
Maintain accountability to management for the quantity and quality of the work done and ensure efficient and economical work operations
Assign, direct, and review the work of subordinates and evaluate work performance
Determine material, equipment, and facilities needed and solve problems related to the work supervised
Supervise work of employees who receive, process, stow, pick, manifest, identify, physically move, unpack and repack material for storage or issue using mechanized, automated, and manual material moving equipment, devices, and systems

Must be a U.S. citizen
Tour of Duty: Set Schedule
Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access
Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt
Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience
