Responsibilities

Manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties: planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget
Ensure alignment with business objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the organization
Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with MTA policies
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
Eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties
Minimum of two years' experience as a project manager
Sound understanding of technical issues
Outstanding planning skills
Experience in preparation of project plans
Scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff
Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team
Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with MTA policies
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
