Director of FP&A - Project
E78 Talent is seeking a hands-on operations leader to design and implement a scalable, centralized customer order operating model for its Specialty Products business. The role focuses on improving customer experience and operational efficiency while leading reviews of financial margins and cost structures.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable, centralized customer order operating model for its Specialty Products business
Reduce fragmentation across decentralized order intake processes
Improve customer experience
Create visibility and accountability across order intake, routing, and fulfillment while supporting future growth and acquisitions without incremental headcount
Lead targeted reviews of gross and EBITDA margins, assessing pricing strategy, COGS, change order controls, and execution leakage
Evaluate corporate SG&A and cost allocation, identifying efficiency opportunities and recommending improved allocation methodologies
Assess cross-divisional revenue and cost synergies, including customer data, inventory, and procurement integration
Evaluate the interaction between the WTS and MAF divisions to identify workflow and reporting efficiencies
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or consulting
Proven experience designing or improving order-to-cash or customer order operating models
Strong understanding of margin drivers, cost structure, and operational efficiency
Experience working in complex, multi-division or growth environments
Hands-on, execution-oriented leader comfortable driving change across teams
