Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient comfort and well-being
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Administer medications and treatments, carefully monitoring patient responses
Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families, actively involving them in their care
Conduct regular patient rounds, proactively addressing their needs and concerns
Supervise and guide other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice, adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse with current California License required
Minimum one (1) year current acute care registered nursing experience in GI Lab required
Current AHA BLS card required
LA City Fire Care required within 90 days of hire
Preferred
Current certification in specialty area preferred
Experience with EHR (Cerner MediTech etc?) preferred
