AFS OCCHA Program Support & Community Specialist VISTA
AmeriCorps is seeking a VISTA to enhance OCCHA's capacity in delivering high-quality programs aimed at addressing poverty and meeting community needs. The role involves evaluating programs, strengthening partnerships, and pursuing funding opportunities to improve program effectiveness and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Evaluating all OCCHA programs for alignment with community priorities and identifying opportunities for improvement
Reviewing and updating program workflows and guidelines
Assisting in the pursuit of funding opportunities and resources to sustain and grow initiatives
Supporting the development of partnerships with organizations and stakeholders to enhance program quality and expand outreach
Contributing to marketing and community engagement efforts
Strengthening existing programs and helping design new ones based on evolving community needs
Qualification
Required
