Obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system
Follow up on the family's request for more information and meet clients virtually
If not licensed, assist in obtaining a license
Teach new sales professionals how to talk to people and provide them what they are looking for through the systems built in the Agency
Be matched up with one of the leaders to help guide down the path to success
Qualification
Required
Motivated individuals that want more out of life than the 9-5 'JOB'
Willingness to obtain a license if not already licensed
Ability to meet clients virtually using ZOOM, Facetime, etc
Desire to help families plan for their future
Willingness to learn how to talk to people and provide them what they are looking for
Ability to follow up on family requests for more information
Interest in being matched with a leader for guidance
Desire to work in a team culture that promotes balance
