Responsibilities
Architect and support a hybrid Cloud infrastructure combining on-premises and Cloud resources
Design and implement Azure landing zones and resource organization standards
Participate in Cloud migration assessments and support migration planning and execution
Integrate on-premises infrastructure with Azure services and hybrid identity solutions
Design for high availability, backup, and disaster recovery across environments
Support and enhance Microsoft 365 and identity platforms in hybrid deployments
Define architecture standards, tagging strategies, and governance models
Provide technical guidance for infrastructure modernization initiatives
Support mergers, acquisitions, and environment integrations
Partner with security teams to ensure a secure Cloud and identity architecture
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and Cloud issues
Provide project support and technical leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations
Extensive experience designing Azure infrastructure and core Azure services
Experienced in architecting hybrid Cloud environments
Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure including Active Directory
Experienced with virtualization platforms including VMware or Hyper-V
Experience designing backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions
