Qualification
Required
Proven experience in warehouse management or maintenance roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
Knowledge of inventory management systems and safety regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment
Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
CDL would be a huge plus
