Responsibilities
Maintain Perpetual Accuracy: Oversee the lifecycle of material, equipment, and supplies, ensuring our database matches reality through rigorous physical counts and reconciliation
Strategic Problem Solving: Investigate discrepancies with a "detective’s mindset," identifying root causes and reporting shortages before they impact our customers
Operational Excellence: Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; label shelves for maximum efficiency; and manage vendor relationships with professionalism and poise
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent oral/written communication
Ability to handle complex problems with a calm, results-oriented attitude
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing active warehouse duties (kneeling, stooping, reaching)
