Responsibilities
Applies science and/or engineering techniques to develop economical solutions to technical problems
Specifies functional requirements, designs solutions, tests system/components, analyzes designs, and integrates components
Evaluates overall design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety
Develops software solutions for modeling and simulations tools used in the DoD
Provide full life cycle support and object oriented design and development techniques
Qualification
Required
Clearance Level: Secret
Education: Bachelors degree of science in engineering or scientific field of study
Mid-level: Five (5) years of experience in progressively more complex work experience in engineering or scientific discipline
Senior-level: Fifteen (15) years of experience in progressively more complex work experience in engineering or scientific discipline
Knowledge of: Unix/Ultrix, HP-UX, SUN-OS, VAX/CMS, Harris VOS
Knowledge of: C, C++, ADA, FORTRAN
Knowledge of: Gitlab and JIRA
