Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for recruiting workflows across the organization
Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to identify and resolve process gaps and drive continuous improvement
Implement process automation and technology solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Define, track, and analyze key talent acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders
Provide actionable analytics to support data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy
Conduct trend analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for optimization and predict hiring needs
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support ongoing workforce planning initiatives and headcount management
Track, update, and maintain accurate data for all open and filled positions across the organization
Partner with TA leadership and HRIS teams to ensure Workday and other systems reflect up-to-date position statuses, requisition details, and headcount forecasts
Develop and distribute regular reports and dashboards summarizing position activity, hiring trends, and workforce movement
Identify insights and patterns in staffing data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and organizational design discussions
Ensure position management reporting aligns with approved budgets, hiring plans, and strategic workforce goals
Lead initiatives to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and automation throughout the recruiting process
Leverage AI technologies for candidate sourcing, screening, matching, and engagement to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate quality
Partner with HRIS and TA leadership to integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as Workday Recruiting, CRMs, and job boards
Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage — maintaining fairness, transparency, and compliance with data privacy and employment laws
Analyze AI performance metrics (accuracy, bias detection, user adoption) and make recommendations for enhancement
Educate and train recruiters and stakeholders on how to effectively use AI-driven tools and insights
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in AI for recruiting, such as generative AI, predictive analytics, and automated assessment platforms
Serve as a system administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and related HRIS platforms
Manage system configurations, testing, data audits, and updates to ensure data integrity and system reliability
Partner with IT and HRIS teams on integrations, upgrades, and enhancements to the recruiting tech stack
Support end-users with troubleshooting, permissions, workflows, and process documentation.Recommend system improvements to enhance recruiter and hiring manager experiences
Ensure recruiting processes adhere to all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards (EEOC, OFCCP, GDPR, etc.)
Maintain clean, accurate, and secure candidate data across all TA systems
Monitor compliance of AI and automation tools to ensure ethical use and minimize bias
Support audit requests and compliance reporting as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting analytics, or HR systems administration
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, data management, and process optimization
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting and HR analytics tools
Experience with AI tools in recruiting (e.g., sourcing automation, resume parsing, chatbots, or candidate-matching algorithms)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience implementing or managing AI recruiting technologies (e.g., Eightfold, Paradox, HireVue, or similar)
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning applications in HR
Knowledge of recruiting compliance and data privacy standards
Certification in HR analytics, Workday, or AI technology is a plus
