Responsibilities
Set up and manage trial presentation databases, including exhibits, graphics, and annotated files, based on trial team direction
Organize, label, convert, and format digital evidence such as documents, photos, and video files
Test and validate courtroom technology, including projectors, monitors, and audio/visual systems, prior to trial
Assist with mock trials, rehearsals, and technical run-throughs to ensure trial readiness
Set up, connect, and operate all presentation and A/V equipment during trial
Display exhibits, highlight documents, cue video clips, and manage multimedia evidence at attorney direction
Make real-time adjustments to presentations and respond quickly to on-the-fly changes
Troubleshoot technical issues immediately to minimize disruptions and downtime
Maintain an organized and accessible digital evidence library throughout the trial
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and court staff to ensure presentations align with case strategy
Operate unobtrusively with awareness of courtroom protocols, decorum, and timing
Recommend and help plan appropriate technology setups based on courtroom requirements
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with trial presentation software such as OnCue, TrialDirector, and PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of audio/visual hardware, setup, and troubleshooting
Ability to manage and organize complex digital evidence efficiently
Familiarity with courtroom procedures, logistics, and professional decorum
Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in high-stakes trial environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support legal teams
