Responsibilities

Watching partner-school teachers and aides in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
Guiding students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress in learning applications, developing goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective methods for the broader staff
Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and demonstrate to staff what high-quality facilitation entails
Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm that academic objectives are achieved
Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to strengthen best practices and address their questions

Required

Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Willing to work in-person at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation acceptable)
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years in education, coaching, or related field working with youth or adults
At least 1 year training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with demonstrated modeling and feedback skills
Direct experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or youth development settings

Preferred

Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
