Responsibilities
Monitor daily MDM jobs like data ingestion, matching, merging, and stewardship workflows
Manage exception queues, resolve match conflicts, and address failed loads
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate platform-level concerns as needed
Track incidents through resolution and assist in root-cause analysis
Review customer records that need attention (duplicates, missing info, conflicting data)
Perform authorized match reviews, merges, hierarchy updates, and approvals
Ensure customer data meets quality and governance standards
Support data quality checks, profiling, and validation
Identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues
Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data quality scorecards
Use SQL to analyze large datasets and investigate discrepancies
Reconcile source system data with mastered customer records
Validate outputs after data loads, merges, and rule updates
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
Support UAT and regression testing for platform releases
Work with engineering teams to optimize match/merge logic and reduce manual effort
Support governance processes and stewardship standards
Provide insights to help improve SLAs, reliability, and service delivery
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years in MDM operations, data quality, data stewardship, or data operations
Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM or similar tools (Reltio, Informatica MDM, Ataccama, Semarchy, etc.)
Experience with matching/merging, exception handling, and master data workflows
Strong SQL skills for analysis and reconciliation of large datasets
Solid understanding of customer master data and 'golden record' concepts
Attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies in data
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience with Customer 360 initiatives or CRM/customer datasets
Exposure to Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, or similar integration tools
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, etc.)
Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
