Assist in gathering and documenting HR business requirements for Oracle HCM modules
Support configuration of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent modules under senior guidance
Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, and process flows
Participate in system testing, UAT support, and defect tracking
Help with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Provide end-user support, basic training, and post-implementation assistance

Required
