The role involves managing community correspondence, campus security, facility management, and technology oversight to enhance the experience of students, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities
Acting as a principal liaison for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
Administering campus security functions, including entry protocols, medical situations, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
Supervising everyday campus functions such as attendance systems, facility arrangements, transit coordination, and administrative logistics
Assisting with onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to facilitate seamless integration into operational workflows
Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the main on-campus tech contact and Google Administrator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
