Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define, execute, and communicate the annual business strategy and operational plan, including strategic project plans
Facilitate strategic reviews, ensuring clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and alignment across Quality sub-functions
Develop frameworks and tools for tracking progress against business objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and critical deliverables
Manage PD Quality headcount planning and tracking, collaborating with Finance and Human Resources
Design and manage efficient business rhythms, including staff meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive readouts for the Quality team
Provide leadership with pertinent insights, dynamic dashboards, and essential materials for data-informed decision-making
Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to develop, track, and drive key improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective interdependency management
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives enhancing product development efficiency and innovation within the Quality domain
Translate complex technical or strategic initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for executive updates and broad internal/external communications
Support PD Quality change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and adoption
Develop and maintain high-quality communication materials, briefings, and reports for senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business operations, program management, strategy, or related roles within product development, manufacturing, or technology environments
Proven experience working closely with engineering teams or an engineering degree, demonstrating an understanding of product development processes
Excellent organization and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive for results
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to glean insights from complex data and navigate ambiguity to forge effective paths forward
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven experience in preparing and delivering impactful materials for senior executives
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams

Preferred

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in a related field
Experience with strategic planning frameworks and operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and processes
