Responsibilities
Greet all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression
Serve as the main point of contact at the front desk, directing visitors and calls to the appropriate team members
Coordinate meeting arrivals and manage conference room scheduling and setup
Engage with guests as needed, offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort while on-site
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing office, including the kitchen and common spaces
Ensure office supplies, refreshments, and essentials are fully stocked and neatly presented
Coordinate office vendors, deliveries, and building-related requests
Provide light support to the CEO, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and ad hoc tasks
Act as a trusted go-to resource for miscellaneous office needs and special requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality-focused administrative role
Proactive, dependable, outgoing, and service-oriented with a positive attitude
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable interacting with executives, clients, and visitors
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
