Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
Manage nonconforming material, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and other tools
Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits
Serve as the primary quality contact for customers
Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, scrap, and rework
Partner with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to resolve quality issues
Track and report quality KPIs to leadership
Manage calibration and control of inspection equipment
Train and develop quality team members
Qualification
Required
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards

5+ years of quality experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of welding, machining, forming, and fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with ISO 9001 and audit processes
Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
