Responsibilities
Lead school operations by developing and overseeing critical systems and processes related to staffing/scheduling, tracking enrollment, and policies and procedures etc
Oversee all compliance systems to ensure continuous adherence to applicable health, safety, and NC state licensing requirements, with a strategic focus on achieving and maintaining a 5-Star center rating
Be responsible for the overall management and business success of the campus
Play an active role in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding faculty and serve at the primary point of contact for people leadership and basic HR matters
Cultivate a supportive and high-performing team culture by leading with positivity, providing constructive, strengths-based coaching, and facilitating meaningful professional development opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for people leadership and basic HR matters
Ensure the ongoing delivery of a high quality, developmentally appropriate emergent curriculum
Provides a world-class family experience for all prospective and current families, including communication, retention and enrollment
Foster and promote Vivvi’s inclusive environment throughout all aspects of the school
Qualification
Required
Enjoy working with young learners, and see every child as infinitely capable
Have 4+ years of experience in a similar role
Hold a NC Administration Credential Level III
Have deep expertise in progressive learning models and child development including experience with emergent- or inquiry-based curricula
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the North Carolina Child Care Star Rated License requirements and proven success in continuous quality improvement necessary to lead a center to a 5-Star rating
Value and create strong relationships with families, children, and faculty
Possess exceptional and inspirational leadership skills, including the ability to clearly define goals, model professional excellence, and motivate staff toward success through positive and empowering coaching techniques
Demonstrate a strong business acumen, including effective budget management and financial oversight of center operations
Be a proactive and strategic problem-solver, capable of managing complex operational and personnel challenges with integrity and fairness
Preferred
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
