Structural Project Engineer
Thornton Tomasetti is an independent organization of creative thinkers and innovative doers applying engineering and scientific principles to solve global challenges. They are seeking a Forensic Structural Engineer to execute structural investigations, design remedial repairs, and manage demolition engineering projects while providing guidance to junior staff and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities
Perform and review structural analysis and repair design of concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and other structural systems
Perform and review demolition analysis and planning
Perform site visits to support forensic investigations, including surveying and documenting observations, photographing, and sketching
Research historical background of diverse structures, technical issues, and code issues
Prepare technical and investigative reports and presentation materials
Qualification
Required
Degree (Master's preferred) in structural engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally
