Responsibilities
Leading Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that inspire students to discover new capabilities. From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll teach practical skills that motivate
Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by helping students establish ambitious goals and cultivate the mindset to achieve them
Cultivating student success: Apply proven frameworks to ensure every student reaches demanding academic and personal objectives
Designing custom motivational strategies: Collaborate with students to develop rewards and incentives that foster self-motivated excellence
Qualification
Required
Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
High level of energy and a desire to boost others up
A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience inspiring, motivating, or coaching young people in non-traditional environments (camp counselor, sports coach, etc.)
